Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts have been added to this storefront.
When you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, and the content of your message. We use this information to respond, provide support and retain records needed to handle the enquiry. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Your wedding workbook
Information you enter into the downloaded Excel workbook remains in the location where you choose to save it. We do not receive your workbook or guest list through this website. If you save your file to a cloud service, that service's own privacy terms apply. Please remove unnecessary personal information before sending any workbook excerpt to support.
Orders and payments
Checkout is not open yet, so this website does not currently collect order or payment information. We will update this notice to identify the payment provider and explain purchase-related data processing before enabling sales.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services and may process it outside Lebanon. We retain enquiry information only as needed for support, legitimate business records and applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, and raise a privacy concern by email. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
