Before we launch

The event collection is not available to purchase yet. We do not currently take orders or payments. The following explains our intended delivery and support approach; final checkout information will be shown before any purchase.

What you will receive

Each package page lists the digital tools included in that collection. Once the final files are ready, delivery will include the corresponding downloads and Canva template access links. The Excel edition contains the Promise Wedding Planner in .xlsx format, a separate Filled Example, and an Excel Quick Start guide. These are digital products. There is no physical shipment, shipping fee, Microsoft Excel licence or personal planning service included.

Digital delivery

Once checkout is enabled, successful purchases will provide access to the download electronically. The checkout will explain how to access your files and which email address will receive purchase information. If your download is missing or inaccessible, email hi@brndoutloud.com with your order reference so we can help.

If something is wrong

If a file is damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or the product materially differs from its description, contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will work with you to provide a working file or an appropriate refund. A duplicate charge should also be reported so it can be reviewed.

Change of mind and software compatibility

Please check the workbook previews and software requirements before purchasing. We do not promise discretionary change-of-mind refunds for a correctly delivered digital download. This does not affect statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where applicable, any consent needed to begin digital delivery during a withdrawal period will be requested at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank. No refund fee will be charged by us.
