PROMISE / STORE INFORMATION

A clear little promise.

Your digital collection

The Excel edition includes the clean Promise Wedding Planner, a separate Filled Example and a Read Me First guide, delivered together as a ZIP file. Instructions are also inside the workbook. There is no physical shipment, software licence or personal planning service included. Future Canva collections are separate and unavailable to purchase.

When sales open

Checkout remains closed until payment setup is complete. No payment is taken while the button says checkout is opening soon. A checkout marked as a test takes no real payment. In live checkout, Paddle handles payment and shows the final total before you pay.

Receiving your files

After payment is confirmed, your order page automatically unlocks the download. Extract the ZIP and keep a copy on your device. You can return to your recent order in the same browser for up to 30 days using the essential order-access cookie. For access from another device, a cleared browser, or after that period, email hi@brndoutloud.com with your purchase receipt. We will help verify your purchase and restore access. Paddle sends the payment receipt; download delivery happens on our order page.

If something is wrong

If a file is damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or the product materially differs from its description, contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will work with you to provide a working file or an appropriate refund. Report duplicate charges so they can be reviewed.

Change of mind and compatibility

Please check the workbook previews and software requirements before purchasing. We do not promise discretionary change-of-mind refunds for a correctly delivered digital download. This does not affect statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where applicable, any consent needed to begin digital delivery during a withdrawal period will be requested at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank. We do not charge a refund fee. Further download access may end when an order is refunded or charged back.
